Stephanie Valentine here.  I’m a country gal living the perfect life in the boonies and loving every minute if micro-ranching. I chop wood, carry water, and do everything for my horses. I am happily married and have no kids aside from four-legged ones (two Chihuahuas, 3 mustangs, and 1 quarter horse).

I used to live in the big city of Austin, Texas and worked for three software development companies (can you say Star Wars government contracts?) before I branched out on my own into business consulting and small business development. These days I also do website consulting and ghost-writing.

My husband and I have been passionately involved in MLM (also called network marketing) for a couple of decades and a great deal of our income derives from this passive source. These days the focus is mainly on online MLM marketing, a fascinating ever-changing puzzle to play with.

Many of my friends are small business owners as well, and we form a tightly-knit community. We offer each other support, advice, a shoulder to cry on, someone to celebrate successes with, and a shared determination that small business is the driving force of our economy.
